As you know our first offer from the bank was ridiculous with the interest rate and you fought to have a better offer for us which you managed to do and at the same time obtain an even better offer with a different bank. From the start your guidance has been excellent and you listened to how I wanted to structure the finances and you gave me what I wanted and I did not have to settle for second best or this is all you are going to get.
